Is the subscription supported on older operating systems?

The minimum operating system requirements for the features of the DuckDuckGo subscription to function as expected are:

• iOS 15
• Android 9
• macOS 12.3 (aka Monterey)
• Windows 10, version 2004 (May 2020), aka "20H1" or Build 19041

Additionally, if you’re using the DuckDuckGo VPN and/or Personal Information Removal, the DuckDuckGo browser needs to be on the latest version. You can check for an update:

• on macOS and Windows, by going under the 3-line menu in the browser > Settings > About
• on iOS and Android, by viewing the DuckDuckGo app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, respectively.
